Project Manager

Due to our growing and diverse portfolio we are looking to appoint Project Managers to undertake the management of a variety of projects across the UK and possibly overseas. The Project manager will be responsible for the complete management and successful delivery of projects, ensuring work is completed to time, specification and within budget. This will require involvement at tender stage supporting the commercial team, through to final completion and hand over.

Duties will include:

Ensuring timely procurement and delivery of all materials in line with project needs

Control & management of project expenditure alongside the QS

Ensuring compliance with all legislative & HSE requirements including the CDM regulations

Carry out subcontractor appraisal & selection procedures

Liaise with the Client & their representatives to ensure project & programme compliance on a regular basis.

Submit regular valuations to the client to allow timely payment & facilitate the financial stability of the project

The successful candidate will have:

Previous experience of semi conductor/pharmaceutical sectors, clean room or laboratory construction projects
Must be able to demonstrate extensive experience of working for an M&E Contractor undertaking the successful management of projects valued to at least £2m.
Possess a broad range of project skills/experience in HVAC and M & E installation
Extensive IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project.
Excellent Client and internal liaison skills and be a team player.
